photos thanks to

Members of Groups S, 1, 2, F, and C train on Saturday mornings and we also offer a weekly swim session to members of Groups F and C as set out below.

Saturday Training

Regular Saturday training at Wimbish barracks (Directions) during school term times.

Group S, train for 1 hour at Lord Butler Leisure Center, in the Tennis Courts.

Training will be a combination of bike & run as we currently have no weekly access to a pool on Saturdays.  We recommend all members join a local swimming club such as Seals as swimming is a key discipline in Triathlon.

The group the member trains with is dependant on their racing category.
