Weekly Schedule - Group S

The Group S weekly schedule of training on Saturdays for Summer Term 2019 is set out below.

For the summer term the atheletes train at Carver Barracks for 2 hours at the same time as the other groups.  This helps with preparation to moving to Group 1 in the Autumn.  All sessions unless otherwise stated are Bike & Run.
